Naturally, I've lost my train of thought. I also feel bad for failing to keep up with the posting here. Nevertheless, I'll just forgive myself and give you the results. I cut out sweets completely, and carbs almost completely. Exercise consists of 2 to 3 hours power walks, 4 to 5 times a week. I've lost a waist size in the last two weeks but couldn't tell you how much I weigh.
